ABOUT US

Our Story

   As a Health and Wellness Coach and Master Herbalist, I offer instruction and support to establish health and vitality for the whole person. This includes the use of nutrition and lifestyle coaching and natural health methods. Natural methods used include herbology, gemmotherapy, aromatherapy, homeopathy, essences of flowers, and supplementation. Post-trauma and current trauma healing support is also offered using the natural methods listed.  I have over 11 Herbal Tinctures - blends and singles - available for purchase.
